Carrie has been working in the field of domestic violence and administration for the last sixteen years and has recently moved into her current position.  She has a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University, is a Certified Domestic Violence Professional, a Certified Domestic Violence Investigations Trainer, and completed the HCC Leadership Forum.
