Lorie joined the Riverview staff in October 2011. She has over 4 years of previous experience working as a sexual violence prevention educator with another agency. She served a two year term as a Partners in Learning tutor with AmeriCorps. Lorie also has taught public speaking classes at the college level. Throughout her work experience, she has worked with all ages, from preschoolers to the elderly. She received a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology, both from the University of Dubuque.
