Mission
The mission of E.N.D.-I.T. is to create a society free of violence by involving the
entire community. We recognize that violence is a learned behavior, and through role
modeling, mentoring, and reinforcing healthy relationships, violence against others can
be eliminated.

Objectives
Build capacity for involving community members as allies and agents of change
Identify and engage untapped partners in the community to broaden spheres of influence
in working to end violence
Strategize a coordinated community plan of action to end violence against women,
children, & men

Current Projects: “Coaching Boys Into Men” and “Coaching Girls Into Women”
violence prevention programs are currently being implemented in Dubuque, Peosta, and
Galena middle and high schools and throughout Northeast Iowa Community College’s
coaching certification course.
